Monday Motivation #7 – 9/8/14

Happy Monday! My weekend went by really quickly, so I’m having a little trouble grasping the fact that it’s already Monday again, but what can you do?

It’s time for a little Monday Motivation!

 

 

 

 

 

 

I’ve always let my weight hold me back. There’s things I don’t do or try, because of my weight. As I start to lose weight (which I am! Weeee!), I also start to get a little scared. I was talking with Eliza last week about the fact that I have some sort of mental roadblock about getting to my goal weight.

It’s almost that I’m afraid to get there, because what will hold me back if I don’t have my weight doing it?

I’ve decided I want it way more than I’m afraid of it.

Morning Run

You may have seen this on Instagram this morning (y’all are crazy supportive and awesome and I love you. I wish I could give you all a big hug!) but if you didn’t, spoiler alert: I went for my first run post injury this morning! (Freaking finally.)

So as I sit here eating my delicious, healthy breakfast and basking in the fact that my workout is already done for the day this morning – which is good because I have class tonight! – I’m so happy that I want it more than I’m afraid of it.

Thank goodness too, because I deserve it.
