Weekly Workouts #4 – For Your Future Self

When I’m feeling uninspired, I don’t write. I don’t like to post just to post, and I doubt you all like to read those things anyway! I wasn’t inspired to write this morning, but apparently I am now! :)

I was at Spin class last night with my sweet friend Melissa (Hi girl!), and I felt this immense sense of being in the right place at the right time. Something I really appreciate at spinning class is that all the instructors at my gym make it really inspirational, and are sure to say all kinds of positive, empowering things throughout the class, while also making it fun (and an awesome workout!)

Last night, one of my favorite instructors was teaching, and she said something to the effect of (I can’t remember the exact words!): “You are doing this today for your future self. To be happy, healthy and strong.”

So for my future self, this week’s plan is as follows:

Monday: Went to spin class!

Tuesday: Run

Wednesday: Run

Thursday: BodyAttack

Friday: Run

Saturday: Rest (Moving day!)

Sunday: BodyPump or Rest
